First before/after pic

Like most of you my friends and family who haven't seen me in awhile have been asking for a before and after pic.  I've resisted because I guess i wanted to lose more before taking the pic.  The reason for posting this is to encourage you to do the same thing.  We sometimes forget how far we have come in the midst of trying to go further.  Here is the link to mine.  Hope to see your before/after soon.
